Is AI training HRD Corp claimable?
Yes. All our programmes are HRD Corp registered and 100% claimable. Your HR applies through HRD Corp’s eTRiS system before the training starts, and we send the course outline, trainer profile and quotation they need to attach.
Do our staff need coding experience?
No. No coding experience is needed. Staff describe what they want in plain English and the AI writes any code. Where code is involved, such as an app, a formula, an Office Script or a macro, the trainer shows step by step how to copy it into your AI tool or app and apply it to your own work.
Can you train at our office in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuching or Kota Kinabalu?
Yes. We train throughout Malaysia, at your office or live online, including the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Melaka, Kuching, Sibu and Kota Kinabalu. You provide a room and a screen, projector or LCD TV. The trainer brings their own laptop.
How long is the AI training, and how many people per class?
One or two days, depending on the programme. Building Workplace Apps and Dashboards with Generative AI is one full day. Up to 20 participants per class; bigger teams run as more than one session.
Can we run it in-house, or join a public class?
Both. Public classes run in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Kuching; see the dates above. In-house runs at your office or live online, built on your own files and processes.
How much does AI training cost?
In-house training is quoted per group, not per person, and public classes are priced per seat. Tell us your headcount and we’ll send a quotation within one working day. All our programmes are 100% HRD Corp claimable.
Do staff need a paid AI account?
Yes, a paid plan is recommended. Free plans hit their limits mid-session. Tell us what your company uses and we teach on that.
What do we leave with?
Something that runs on your own work: an app, a dashboard, reusable prompts or an automated report, depending on the programme.
