Leave forms, claim forms, PO approvals, the Monday report your boss keeps asking for. Your staff explain the process in plain English, Copilot builds the flow, and by the end of the day it runs on its own. Built on your company's own forms and files.
Most staff gave up on Power Automate at the blank canvas: which trigger, which connector, which expression. Copilot now drafts the flow from a sentence, so the day goes on what actually matters: getting the process right and making it reliable.
Five everyday office jobs. In-house, we swap these for your company's own processes during scoping.
Screens from training sessions, with company details removed.
For a university team new to Power Automate, the afternoon was built entirely on their two real processes: student-volunteer registration and volunteer-hours logging. The morning covered the fundamentals; the afternoon took apart and rebuilt the flows they actually run.
What your team can build depends on the Microsoft licence they already have. We look at it during scoping so nobody finds out on the day.
Copilot in Power Automate needs a work or school Microsoft account. It does not work with personal accounts such as @outlook.com or @live.com.
Most Microsoft 365 business plans include Power Automate for the standard connectors (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms). Premium connectors and desktop automation need a Power Automate Premium licence. Tell us your plan and we design the session around it.
Microsoft is retiring AI Builder credits in favour of Copilot Credits, starting from 1 November 2026, depending on when your contract renews. If your team will run AI steps inside flows, your IT team should check which credits your tenant has. We cover how to check in the session.
Copilot in flows runs in Power Automate's new designer and works best in English. Depending on your tenant's region, an admin may need to enable it in the Power Platform admin centre first.
Licensing details change often. Microsoft's licensing page is the source of truth.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Before | Short scoping call: which processes, which licence, who attends. We write the outline around your answers. |
| Morning | Power Automate fundamentals: triggers, actions, connectors, conditions. Then building the same flows with Copilot and checking what it gives you. |
| Afternoon | Hands-on build on your own processes, plus AI steps, error handling and sharing flows safely with colleagues. |
| After | The flows stay in your tenant, running. You also get the slides and the attendance records for your HRD Corp claim. |
Participants bring a laptop and their work Microsoft account. In-house sessions need a room and a screen.

How HRD Corp claiming works →No. Copilot drafts the flow from a plain-English description, and the rest is clicking through settings. Anyone comfortable with Excel and Outlook can follow it. The skill we teach is checking what Copilot builds, which needs judgement, not code.
For most teams, the Microsoft 365 licence they already have covers the standard connectors. Premium connectors, desktop automation and AI steps can need more. Tell us your plan when you enquire and we confirm what is possible before writing the outline.
Yes, that is how in-house sessions run. Tell us two or three processes your team does by hand every week and we build the afternoon around them. Where the data is sensitive, we can build with copies or dummy records that match your structure.
Power Automate runs a process: something happens, then a set of steps follows. Copilot Studio builds an agent people chat with. Many teams need flows first. Our Copilot training covers Copilot Studio.
They live in your own Microsoft 365 tenant under your accounts, so yes. Part of the afternoon covers ownership, sharing and what to do when a flow fails, so they don't depend on one person.
You get back an outline built around your processes, a quotation, and the documents your HR team needs for an HRD Corp claim.
Tell us what it is and we'll show you what the flow looks like.
