In-House AI Training at Your Office

We come to your office. Your staff train on your own files.

No sample spreadsheets, no generic demo. We build the day around your reports, your SOPs and the AI tools your company already pays for, so on Monday your staff use it on real work.

Why in-house

A public class teaches AI. In-house teaches your job with AI.

In a public class everyone works on the same sample file. In-house, the exercises are the actual month-end pack, the actual JD template, the actual customer emails your staff answer every day.

Before the day

How scoping works

The outline is written after we understand your staff, not before. That's why every in-house session starts with scoping.

  1. Short scoping callWho attends, which departments, what they do every week that takes too long, and which AI tools and licences you have.
  2. Sample filesYou share a few examples of the real work: a report, a template, a process. Cleaned or dummy versions are fine (see the PDPA note below).
  3. Outline, trainer profile and quotationWritten for your group. These are also the three documents your HR attaches to the HRD Corp application.
  4. HRD Corp applicationYour HR submits it in eTRiS at least 14 calendar days before the training date.
  5. Training day at your officeHands-on, laptops open, building on your files from the first hour.
Logistics

What you provide, and how we quote

Your side

Room, screen, laptops

  • A training room or meeting room that fits the group
  • A projector or large screen we can connect to
  • One laptop per participant, the one they normally work on
  • Wi-Fi that lets staff log in to their AI tool and work accounts
  • Staff logged in to the AI tool your company uses (we check this during scoping)
Our side

Quoted per group, not per pax

  • One price for the session, so a bigger group lowers the cost per head
  • We quote both per-group and per-pax so your HR can compare with a public class
  • Facilitator support in the room so nobody sits stuck
  • Course materials, plus attendance records for your HRD Corp claim

Up to 20 participants per session. Tell us your headcount and we'll plan the sessions.

Typical agendas

One day or two

Two common shapes. During scoping we adjust both to your department and your files.

1-day: FoundationsWhat happens
MorningHow generative AI works, what it gets wrong, and prompting that gives usable output. Company rules on what data may go in.
AfternoonDepartment exercises on your own files: reports, emails, templates, analysis. Each person leaves with prompts and a setup they'll reuse.
2-day: FlagshipWhat happens
Day 1Prompting to advanced level: reasoning control, context engineering, working with documents and data.
Day 2The build day: a context file for your business, Skills for your recurring SOPs, AI connected to tools you already use, and a working agent setup.

The 2-day flagship is AI Prompting & Engineering Mastery. Department days: finance, HR, marketing.

Your data

Training on your own data, safely

Using real work makes the day stick. It also means being careful with personal data under the PDPA.

Cleaned copies are enough

For exercises, a copy with names, IC numbers and contact details removed works just as well. We tell you during scoping which files need cleaning.

Your accounts, your tenant

Staff work in their own company AI accounts, so files stay under your company's settings rather than ours.

Rules taught on the day

Every session covers what can and can't go into an AI tool, so the habits continue after the trainer leaves.

Claiming an in-house session

For in-house training, HRD Corp requires the grant application in eTRiS at least 14 calendar days before the training starts. So once you have a month in mind, start scoping with us at least three weeks ahead to leave time for the outline and quotation.

100% HRD Corp claimable programmes.

Before you ask

In-house questions

Can you use our own data in the session?

Yes, and we recommend it. Send cleaned copies of the reports, templates or documents your staff work on, with personal data removed. We design the exercises around them during scoping.

Do you travel outside KL?

Yes. We train throughout Malaysia, at your office or live online. Tell us the location when you enquire.

How far ahead should we book, given the HRD Corp deadline?

HRD Corp needs the in-house grant application at least 14 calendar days before training starts, and your HR needs our outline, trainer profile and quotation to submit it. Start with us at least three weeks before your target date. Earlier is better around year-end.

What's the minimum group size?

Up to 20 participants per session; larger groups run as more than one session. In-house is quoted per group, so it works for small teams too. Tell us your headcount and we will quote both per-group and per-pax so you can compare with sending staff to a public class.

Can different departments attend the same session?

Yes. The shared part covers prompting and safe use; the hands-on part splits so finance builds on finance files and HR on HR files. We plan the split during scoping.

Our staff use Copilot, not ChatGPT. Is that a problem?

No. We teach on whichever tool your company already pays for. If staff don't have a paid plan yet, we say so in the quotation so it's budgeted, not discovered on the day.
